Lyon in AUGUST. For All The Top Things to Do & Events to Take Part In!

No way! It is already a full summer in Lyon! And I love summer, assuming I am near the air conditioning and bottle of water, as summers in Lyon are very hot. Yet, I dont complain. I prefer hot than cold! Anyways, did you know that Lyon in August is very very quiet? Do you know why? I couldnt belive! Half of the Lyonnais people go on holidays and I can confirm – it is a bit death here. I am enjoying the peace and silence of a big city, others complain that most of the restaurants are closed. Yes, it is true! Full holiday season, tourists are coming and most of the restos are closed because of the holidays. I can confirm yet it is not that bed. There is a lot of parks and green areas when you can have a picnic in Lyon – healthier and cheaper! And on top of that, I will add a list of things to do and events to take part in Lyon in August. So this city is very very welcoming in summer and August for everyone! Here you are the list and if you have other August events and activities in Lyon or around to add, please do!lyon in august
